Jack is the Director of JPB Landscapes. Starting the business back in 2011, he is continually looking at ways to grow and improve the company.
Jack has been in the industry since the age of 14 and studied amenity horticulture at Writtle College.
He is responsible for the day to day running of the business and is always on hand to give our clients advice and inspiration throughout their journey with JPB Landscapes.
Matt is also a director of JPB Landscapes and has been working with us since the very beginning and Having also studied amenity horticulture at Otley College, Matt has vast knowledge and experience within the industry winning a Pro Landscaper 30 under 30 award in 2024 in recognition of his skillset and passion within the industry.
Matt is responsible for all things Landscaping. He runs the on site operations and manages our landscaping team. He is a vital cog in the JPB Landscapes wheel.
Ant is responsible for the grounds maintenance team at JPB Landscapes. Having over 15 years experience in the maintenance industry, he is a valuable member of the family.
His attention to detail and commitment to provide the best service possible for our clients, is what makes our grounds maintenance division shine.
When the grass is growing Ants out mowing!
Ricky joined the team in early 2025 to assist the grounds maintenance team in keeping our open areas in tip top condition.
Having previously worked in the industry he comes with valuable knowledge and experience and a huge amount of energy!
Rick is a very keen fisherman so you may find hime somewhere around a lake in his spare time!
Luke works on our grounds maintenance team, alongside Ant.
Having come to us from Ipswich Town Football Clubs grounds team, he has been a valuable asset and loves the satisfaction of leaving a clean crisp finish on our sports fields.
He is also a master bringing hedges back to their best.
Charlie joined the team to assist on our landscaping projects in 2023.
Charlie was new to the landscaping industry but we are super impressed the way he has picked things up very quickly, he has made a great addition to the team and we look forward to him growing with us.
Charlie is keen to progress and expand his skillset within our industry.
